Our fabrication shop has the facilities for the following processes of steel fabrication:

• Cutting and machining• Punching and drilling• Straightening, bending and rolling• Fitting and reaming• Fastening (bolting, riveting and welding)• Shot blasting

• Quality control• Surface Finishing

• Packing

The following surface finishing options are available:

• Painting (in-house)

• Hot Dip Galvanizing (outsourced)

• Duplex (Hot Dip Galvanizing + Painting)

    

  

In order to ensure that the fabrication can be carried out in accordance with the drawings, it is necessary that inspection and checking is carried out in accordance with an agreed Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Our QAP elaborates on checks and inspections of the raw materials and also of the components as they are being fabricated. All members after fabrication would go through non-destructive tests to ensure zero defects in the welds:• Magnetic particle tests

• Ultrasonic tests

• X-ray tests  

Whenever necessary, we will also carry out pre-assemblings to ensure that all fabricated structures can be installed on site without any problems.  All memebers of fabricated steel structures will be clearly marked and properly bundled up prior to shipping.
